see what i mean about the strawberries?
these are the first ones found at the farmer's market this season. a special treat, for both of us (we managed to share them). they must have tasted especially good after the first running-through-the-sprinklers of the season.

Oh, the sprinkler . . . I almost forgot about running through sprinklers. When the awesome weather from this weekend returns to Chicago (it was in the fifties today), I'm going to set my bub loose on the sprinkler!
Many thanks for the really thoughtful and kind comments on my recent posts! I had not thought of a toddler's choosing distance as a sign of strong attachment, but it totally makes sense and makes me feel better.
