ciabatta



oh. yeah. that's. what. i'm. talkin'. about.
this one is half whole wheat, half white flour, and was very easy to make.

The no-knead artisan bread recipe that I saw, and use, from Mother Earth News makes a similar looking loaf, but I have been wanting forever to try making ciabatta. Maybe I'll be inspired if I stared at your photos long enough. ;)

Wow! Your talents in the kitchen are super impressive. How wonderful for you and your family! The pictures of the ciabatta is really making me hungry.

I remember as a kid, we never ate store-bought bread. My mom was also a gifted baker, and we enjoyed a variety of her creations. I surely miss those days, and often lament my perceived "lack of time" to try my hand at it.
